Happy Birthday to our 3 Marines 232 years old and still looking good. I hope you all get to enjoy some cake. Although I don't hold much hope for them letting Josh have any. Take this link and look under history on the site map.

Happy Birthday Marines! I just watched the video, it is nice ... and looked at the Marines web site. To be willing to defend freedom is a tough job and you really understand seeing the images why our Marines have to go through the intense and demanding training. Our thoughts are with Josh as he makes the sacrifices and builds the strength to become a Marine.
I resented what they put Jay through until he went to Iraq and then I was extremely glad for it.
It says something about our family that we have three of the FEW and PROUD among us, along with our David and Lana - who have long been noble patriots.
We all wrote letters to Josh for FHE on Monday. Chas had so much fun he wrote him another one this morning! The kids letters were very sweet,some of the lines I can remember are; "Thank you for serving America". "I hope you are okay." I'll quote Chas'last letter directly;
"By Chas
dier Josh I hope that you art to sad PS I (heart) Josh"
From the mouths of babes.
