Gingerbread Cookin'

Katie, Emma, Chas and I had a fabulous night of making gingerbread men, women and even a special gingerbread animal. A wise friend told me today that I didn't have to make gingerbread from scratch to be a good mom so I bought the pre-made refrigerated stuff instead. Thank Heavens for good friends and Pillsbury! It was awesome! We had so much fun and I'm actually still sane.
While I was going through my millions of cookie cutters(how did I get so many anyway?), I found a huge pig-shaped cookie cutter. I have no idea where it and it's other freaky barnyard cookie cutter friends came from, maybe Ma pig gave them to me since she has a weakness for such things; right LaRee? Anyway, I made a huge Gingerbread Pig especially for all of you!

Merry Christmas!

Just as a side note; after I took the pictures of the kids pretending to eat their gingergread cookies, they all said "blog?" at the exactly the same time. HA!

Thanks Crystal, it's a most fitting symbol for all us pigs! Hey kids, your gingerbread people look good. Did you really bite off their heads?

Cool Pig!

Breck and my friends are all getting sick of my saying "I need to take a picture for the Blog". I wish they were as excited to share as KE&C are!

Dan said he couldn't tell how big the pig was in the picture. Sorry, I forgot to put something in the picture for perspective...it is about the size of my hand, fingertips to wrist.

The Blog rolls on and keeps us all entertained with the day-to-day goings on; what a great link to to each of your lives. Now as to eating your handiwork ... If I had a gingerbread man, boy or pig I'd be tempted to take a bite(s). Yum!

I love the T SHIRT idea. Wouldn't it be fun to have a screamin pig shirt! :)
