Success
After many futile tries I finally found on my own how to create a post! Now if I could learn to post a photo--that's next. I wanted to tell you all that Stacey has created a video on the Larsen Web page of her New Year's vacation to the Washington Olympic Pennisula where David would like to host the sibling reunion. After watching the video I can see why he wants us all to go there. It is gorgeous--maybe as beautiful as ME! Look at it if you get a chance. Love you all, Mom

Way to go Mom!
Woo Hoo!!!
Now I'm waiting for someone to say they watched Stacey's video and that they can't wait to go there! Dan, there are two pictures of Lyle's grandsons wearing a faux fur hat and coat like I made for you when you were little. (Actually, I think it is your fur coat, but they remember that I made it for Lyle's Michael thirty years ago.)
You are pretty darn smart and we love you because of it and especially your wit!! FYI I looked on the internet and found that there are 29,000 grains of rice in a pound and that's before it's cooked ... only 10,000 grains (prox) after it's cooked. The average consumption of rice in the US is 20 #/year. so you have supplied six months of rice to the average American but probably only one month supply in Asia ... keep on keeping on! You're special!!
Ok.. so dad's comment and rice math made my brain bleed. I wish I could think in numbers like that.
YEA! Mom, I knew you had it in you. And I don't have to watch the video to know how much fun and amazing it is there. I can't wait to see it though.
I have not been able to get onto the Larsen site since I got my new computer. I will make more of an effort tonight.
I'm glad you're coming my way for your reunion! It really is beautiful here. David is right. (He usually is...isn't the oldest sibling usually right...tee hee hee...)
I finally did get on the Larsen site late last night. It looks like a really cool place. Hopefully we will be able to come.
I got on today. It is a nice video. It is a great place I hope you can all make it.
Good going mom, I look forward to seeing pictures in the future.
