I am in Atlanta this weekend and today after Emma's basketball game we went to a local science center and natural area which is run by a local school district. We had a fun day of exploration and learning!
We also had fun inside taking pictures inside of a kaleidoscope.

Thank you for taking all of us along on your field trip. Looks like a great place. I had no idea that the inside of holly was yellow. I like Emma's instruction on making a water garden - you would make a good trainer/teacher Emma!
I was thinking how much fun it would be to go out and doing something today, but it was windy and cold here so we were stuck inside all day. I enjoyed taking part in your day out. Holly is cool......
What a fun field trip! I learned something new about holly! I wonder what other secrets are lurking inside of things? It was fun to walk along with you and learn with you. I would love to be able to get into a kaliadscope, too.
I tagged you. Check out my blog for details...
(I tried to cut and paste my blog address, but it was too long...sorry...email me if you need the link: stillyriver2003@yahoo.com)
It's great fun when Aunt Kristi comes to town! I need to figure out how to use my video camera so I can post interesting things like this post ... someday?
wow! What fun! We just heard the news this week that our city will soon have it's own art and science center called the Leonardo (as in Davinci). I'm very excited. I went to one, can't remember where now, that was so much fun.
