We had a great thanksgiving weekend with David and Lana coming from Spokane Stacey coming down from her place in Granite Falls. We got together on Thursday and had a fantastic meal. Everyone brought a little bit to the meal and it was lots of fun. Some of us woke up early on Friday morning to go shopping and there were some good bargains out there. I was surprised the bargains didn't go faster but I guess people are being more careful with their money right now. The cousins had a great time sleeping downstairs and NEVER went to bed early. We took this picture Friday night after going swimming at a nearby (sorta) pool. It is officially ok now to get out your Christmas decorations!
On the way home from the pool David drove by the Crispy Creme and was tempted by the 'Hot' sign. We ended up with a couple dozen (sorta) hot doughnuts.
I(t was a great Thanksgiving in Washington. I hope everyone had the same experience. :)

Looks like lots of fun. I understand that Emma says "we don't respect the bird; we eat it". Glad you guys were able to enjoy each other's company over the weekend.
Mom and I went to Idaho Falls and had a great time... we ended up playing Apples to Apples at Uncle Leos after eating TG dinner with all the other brothers and sisters.
When we got back to Bountiful later that night mom said “boy that was a short trip” … I guess it seamed that way because she fell asleep about 5 miles out of IF and didn’t wake up until we stopped for gas in Bountiful.
Dad
It was a great time. I mostly had to stop because of the car full of kids chanting HOT HOT HOT HOT.
I respected the bird so much I ate left over meatloaf, with a head cold. YUCK!
Ewwww! Fresh meatloaf is bad enough. Leftover is not for eating (unless you can talk the dogs into it!)
That is one of Auntie's favorite meals. She makes a sandwich out of it (or something like that)
Nothing wrong with meatloaf. I've eaten tons of meat loaf in my life and I expect I'll eat even more before I'm done.
I love the loaf. It was something I always looked for when I was on the road. But it is much better at home and hot with mashed potatoes gravy
