Guess who now owns a Hyde Drift Boat?

That's right I finally did it! I've been saving money for some time so I could buy a drift boat and while mom and I were in Idaho Falls for Thanksgiving I asked the Hyde Fractory to open their doors and I picked out our new (used) boat (mom's not quite as excited as I am). They agreed to store it over the winter so come June we'll take our first trip. It's set up to handle 5 adults on a float trip and 3 - 4 when fishing. Lets make sure we plan a fishing trip next fall when the water level drops in the Snake.
A Happy fisherman I am,
Dad

I am looking forward to the first annual C.D. Ward and sons fishing trip next fall. I already got my license.

Sounds cool. It would be a great trip!! :) I will have to figure out how to fish again.

It will be a great time; Dad and his four sons. We can fish with five ... but we'll have to stop to fish. I can't wait to use the boat.

I'll paddle! You fish! This will be a TON of fun! Hooray for mom for "losing" this one.

I'll go too if I don't have to fish =) ... maybe Charlie and I can float behind in tubes (to scare all of the fish toward the boat)

Lets set a date and make it happen! I have some life jackets I can bring. :)

Didn't mean to leave you out Kris. I suggest we plan on mid October in 2009

Kristi,
They are not worms. Fly fishermen call them #10 Red Wigglers.

That's great dad, I know you have been looking at these boats for a lot of years. I think you will really enjoy having a solid base to stand on while hooking the big browns and cutthroats.
