Quilting

I just thought that I would share my latest project with you all. I recently got the quilting bug and I found a pattern online for a strip quilt that works well with scraps. It is a really cool method where you sew the fabric together on top of paper (hard to explain but it makes for a really slick process).
The progress thus far. I have four more blocks to make and then whatever border I decide to make.

I think this looks really cool. Is it alot of work to get the strips the right length and width?

Not at all. It is the easiest quilting that I have ever done!

Here is a link to the page where I learned to do it.

I love it Kristi. It's an interesting twist to a patchwork quilt and each strip has a story to tell. Can't wait to see the finished product. Is this the quilt you are going to use flannel on the back?

Yes, it is the one that I want to use the flannel back but I can't find the flannel =(

It does tell quite a story doesn't it! =)

What? You can't find the flannel? I'm sure I left a "few" yards in the house somewhere!
