St David's and the good Doctors birthday

We had great fun celebrating both.

Bangers and Mash for St David's Day.

Green Eggs and ham always good even if you don't know why.

I'm glad I didn't have to eat those green eggs ... it looks like the ham got eaten first. Yum!!

Didn't you always love green eggs and ham? If I remember right, David, you challenged me, saying I couldn't make them and thus started the tradition!

Can't beat the green eggs and ham. I'm still not sure how you would make just the egg yolk green like it is in the book. That would take some creativity.

Dan, that sounds like a green yolk challenge--we'll have to see if we can come up with it by St. Patrick's Day.

Those are some fine looking green eggs .. it's hard to get the color just right and you guys seem to have done it.

my kids went to the book this year to see if mom had hit the mark (of course i did not .. what parent ever does?) ... next year they want me to make the ham green.

try that one on for size ...
