Once again it is time for the Ward Basketball Bracket Invitational. I will be setting up the brackets online in the next couple of days and sending out an email. Hopefully everyone will participate this year. I think that CBS has the best tool and site so I will stay with them. Being on the west coast means I will miss most of the games on TV this year. Talk about a good day to stay home 'sick'!
I keep toying with the idea of having some sort of trophy or prize for the winner. Any ideas or sugestions would be helpful.
I won last year and for my prize I moved to washington! Crystal and the kids lost last year. Their prize was also moving to Washington.
Also remember rule #1. No cheering for Carolina allowed. Anyone who picks them to win it all is a bad bad bad person.

what about people who pick teams that the current coach at UNC used to coach at?
Kansas is fine. That is so last year though!
Good ol roy will leave Carolina when he doesn't have good players. He did the same thing at Kansas when he didn't have a shot at the national championship any longer.
I just wish his team would quit beating Duke.
I am ready to win. Even if I can't pick Weber this year. Have you looked at Facebook not sure if it's any good I just know we are all on there.
Roy stayed faithful to Kansas long after he should have. He loves North Caralina it's in his blood. Couch K needs to spend more time finding players who can play and less time with all the other stuff he's involved with. I'll pick Duke to win the first game and then if their playing some one who can stop the three I'll pick th other team. Sorry Dan ... I love Duke too but time is passing.
Dad
I agree Dad. I have to find something wrong with UNC. They are much better on the floor. :)
Duke is better this year than last but I have a hard time getting them past the sweet sixteen. Until they get more quick on the perimeter they need to stop playing pressure defense because people drive right past them.
He loves North Carolina too :-).
I hope my picks have been received and I hope I pushed the "enter button" on the eventual winner this year. I wish I could pick Duke--maybe next year.
