Once there was a snowman tall tall tall

Here are some pictures of a snowman being built after the second round of storms here in WA.  Kristie and the kids did their best to make a giant snowman.

It is hard work pushing a snowball that big when you are 7!IMG_3518

The table in the background was used as a ramp to push the head up onto the body.

The Final Product!

Alas the snowman didn't last until I got home from work.   It had collapsed in a heap.  The kids were looking at it out the window and noticed it was leaning.  By the time they got out there to try to fix the leaning snowman he had crumbled.  I have finally found one thing that Kristie isn't good at.  Snowman Engineering!  She is good at building super cool snowmen though!

No snow in Puyallup now--in fact "The Mountain" is out today.

ARRRHH. The mountain is out and I am in GA?? That makes me enjoy the sun here that much less!

That snowman looks to be leaning over to give Kristy a hug in the picutre.....I guess he lost his balance after that.

I am actually a little relieved to hear that there is SOMETHING Kristi isn't good at. It's hard to feel accomplished in this family sometimes - especially standing next to her :-)

the sombrero is my favorite part.
