I am not sure this is the last of your October birthdays, but its the one that you should not have to do any work for other then opening presents.
I have had a lot of fun over the years being your little brother, it was great having a older sister that would protect me and to take care of me and help me along the way of life. 
I Love these next two pictures, it reminded me a lot of you and David as kids most of the time you were great palls, but sometimes one of you needed to make sure that the other one knew that you were in charge.
There is still some debate if David is helping you to stay in your chair or helping you to get out of your chair. It looks to me like he was concerned that his little sister was going to fall.
Here you are reading a book, I am sure that you read a lot to me and Charlie, I can remember you doing it. This picture makes me miss my frog pillow, how about you?
Rather funny looking back on this, but this was about the time of one of our few fights, you with Jayson causing problems and me being a moody teenager....looking back I am not sure how none of you killed me. I would guess you would not have had a hard time convincing a jury that it was justifiable homicide when your brother tells his 8 month pregnant sister to walk to Skidmores. We really always got along very well, and considering that we were so close in age we really got along very very well!!!!

Happy, Happy Birthday. I was traveling and working all day yesterday and didn't get you called ... has nothing to do with your father's day card by the way. We tried to reach you all day and are still waiting to talk to you. You have provided so many happy memories for all of us; especially me! Yippee .. i love my birthday card Mike (you do realize we've all come to expect one from you). I'm 43 and totally proud of it. One of my friends gave me a card that says, "Some people call them decades, I prefer to call them my collected works" ..
I totally miss my frog pillow like WOAH and i still love to read. I had forgotten all about our fight when i was pregnant with Jayson .. seems sooo long ago.
And David .. I am still convinced that you were shoving me out of that chair and one of the reasons i'm so fabulous to this day is because being your little sister made me tough as nails. comes in real handy in the board room when people really are trying to knock me down .... i am still in charge, by the way.
Love to you all .. thanks for the awesome birthday wishes --- i have had many parties and lunches/dinners out with friends. Still have one more on the calendar and then i think i'm done being doted on for 2008 ... One of the nice things about having a few decades under your belt is having met so many good people along life's path.
