And eat it too. I am a bit behind the times on this. This cake was our St. Patricks day dessert. Crystal made a perfect angel food cake and of course we had to put the evidence on the blog after all of the earlier joking! The cake was of course enjoyed with green whipped cream. Thanks to mom for creating such a fun tradition and thanks to crystal for carrying it on!

Way to go Crystal--I knew you could do it! It is indeed perfect looking and I'm sure it tasted the same.
Actually what I said to Dan as he walked in the door was, "I only knocked it over once and it doesn't look too bad." I think the person who decided that angel food cakes just had to cool upside down while balancing on a skinny coke bottle(which you can't find anymore) liked to laugh at people who drop cakes.
Dan's birthday cake was too funny and his double take when he saw it was priceless. Anyone can have a normal birthday cake but Dan's cake is one none of us will ever forget!
